Paul O’Grady is set to quit his hit ITV show ‘For the Love of Dogs’ after only three series.
Paul has revealed he’s to quit his ITV show after stating i’ve “gone as far as I can with it”.
The TV presenter told The Mirror: “I am thinking about saying no to another series. I tell you why, because of the success of all these copycat shows.
“When you turn the telly on there is someone unsuitable with a dog or an animal and there is no rapport and it really annoys me.”
He added: “What else can I do with this show? I sort of think I have gone as far as I can with it.”
‘For the Love of Dogs’ is set at the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London, where Paul goes around and helps abandoned dogs.
Paul has also revealed to the paper that ITV don’t know if they want to offer him another series contract yet, but it seems the presenter has already made his mind up.
We’ll be sad to see the show go, will you? Let us know your comments below.
