Britain’s Got Talent 2015 began last night on ITV (11th April) with impressive ratings to open the series with.

Britain’s Got Talent 2015 opened with a bang last night featuring a variety of talent including a professional comb player, a free runner, brother and sister roller skater duo, a dog that really hated Ant.

Simon Cowell also pressed his golden buzzer for singer Calum Scott. Simon told Calum: “It was amazing, I really mean that, well done,

“I’ve never, ever in all the years I’ve done this show heard a guy with the talent you’ve got. The version was sensational, you’re more than a singer, you’re an artist and that’s why you got that [the golden buzzer].”

An average audience of 10.1 million tuned into Britain’s Got Talent last night, with a peak of 11 million viewers between 8pm and 9:25pm.

Britain’s Got More Talent on ITV2 had an average of 1.5 million viewers tune in after watching the main show.
