Bars and Melody will no longer be support acts for S Club 7 who’s tour starts tonight in Birmingham.

Bars And Melody members Leondre, 14 and Charlie, 16, have pulled out of the S Club 7 tour due to child licensing issues.

A statement from the boys read: “We are really sad to announce that we are no longer able to perform on the S club 7 tour which is due to start this evening in Birmingham.

“Being offered the tour was a dream come and we have been excited about it for months, however due to child licensing issues beyond our control we have to withdraw from the tour.”

They continued: “Education is obviously very important and we hope you understand that because we are still in school that there are rules and regulations that we have to follow.

“We apologise to anyone who was looking forward to seeing us perform at one of the shows. We would also like to extend our apologies to S Club 7 for having to let them down. Sorry Charlie and Leo x”

No other act has yet been announced to replace the boys for the tour.

TwitCelebGossip have contacted S Club 7’s management for comment.
