Apple development tool Xcode has confirmed that the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will have 2GB of RAM.
Apple recently announced their new line of iPhones, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, it has now been revealed that each S model phone will have 2GB of RAM.
The iPad Pro has 4GB of RAM, discovered by iOS developer Hamza Sood.
Hamza Sood claims the image assets shown in his recent tweet are “chosen based on the memoryClass key in the simdevicetype’s capabilities.plist.”

The current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have 1GB of RAM.
