Strictly Come Dancing beat The X Factor in the ratings war last night (7th November), although ITV gained 1 million.
An average of 6.4 million tuned in to watch last night’s second live show of The X Factor on ITV from 8pm, which isa rise of 800,000 on last weekend’s series which attracted 5.6 million.
11 contestants performed last night for ‘reinvention’ week, where they had to take a classic song and make it their own.
Winning the ratings war last night was BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing attracting an average audience of 9.2 million, peaking at over 10 million viewers.
