I’m A Celebrity returns with over 9.5 million, Strictly still tops the ratings chart!

I’m A Celebrity returned with over 9.5 million, X Factor was up 900k but Strictly still topped the ratings.


I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! returned for a new series on ITV last night and was welcomed by over 9 million viewers from 9pm.

An average viewing figure of 9.49m turned in from 9pm to watch the new batch of celebrities arrive – It’s down about 500k from last year’s launch show which attracted 10.07m.

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Now!​ saw an average of in 502k from 10.30pm.

X Factor​ Results saw an average of 7.18m tune in from 8pm – They might of saw Olly Murs dramatically fail when we accidentally revealed the elimination too early.

But the winners last night was Strictly Come Dancing achieving its highest ratings so far this year with an average 10.55m viewers on BBC One.
