Lady Colin Campbell has accused Duncan Bannatyne of assaulting her whilst they were filming the I’m A Celebrity’s spin-off show for ITV2.
According to reports, Lady C called the police in Australia claiming that Duncan had ‘shoved’ her during I’m A Celeb’s ITV2 spin-off show Get Me Out Of Here Now after the final on Sunday night.
In addition, she claimed Duncan had also pushed her 22 year-old son Dima.
Lady C tweeted to fans this week: “Thanks for supporting Dima and me when Duncan physically assaulted me on TV and him at base camp.
“Police came but haven’t pressed charges.”
An insider told The Sun newspaper about Dima and Duncan’s supposed confrontation: “Nobody saw it happen and just heard Dima yelling about it. But then it kicked off.
The pair had a verbal stand-off and were shouting all sorts of things at each other.”
Responding to the claims on Twitter, Duncan replied when asked if he had meant to push Lady C: “Of course not, I did not even know I had until it was mentioned on Twitter.”
A pal added to The Sun paper: “He is trying to keep a dignified silence when it comes to Lady C,” while a spokesperson did not comment.
Tonight on ITV, is the Coming Out show for all of the celebrities, but the pair’s rivalry shows no sign of diffusing.
“I’m delighted to be out of the jungle, not because of the jungle, but because of the rats that were in the jungle – Duncan Bannatyne and Tony Creepsville,” Lady C remarks on the show. “They ganged up against me to shut me down and turn me out. They never gave up on the constant harassment and bullying.”
However Duncan hits back: “Lady C knows she wasn’t bullied. There was only one bully in camp and that was Lady C. She really is very silly.”
The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! coming out show airs tonight on ITV at 8pm.
