Sarah Harding has quit The Jump after a serious incident during training, Doctor’s recommended she should leave the competition.

A spokesperson confirmed: “Sarah has been forced to leave the competition after pulling a ligament in her knee today.

“She needs four weeks rest and will need physiotherapy. She’s fine but really wanted to compete this weekend so is naturally disappointed.”

Beth Tweedle, Made In Chelsea star Mark-Francis Vandelli, Winford Chistie, Rebecca Adlington, and actress Tina Hobley have all quit the show due to injury.

Joe Swash was brought in as a replacement but was eliminated last weekend – He also suffered a chipped bone in his shoulder due to another incident during training.

Viewers are urging Channel 4 to axe the show due to all the injuries.
