Britain’s Got Talent 2016 daredevil Alexandr Magala has said he’s willing to die on the show.
Tonight on Britain’s Got Talent viewers saw daredevil Alexandr Magala swallow a sword while performing two heartstopping tricks.
One of his tricks consisted of him climbing up a tall pole and dropping all the way to the bottom head-first.
Alex left the auditions with four yeses from Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Holden.
Alex said: “I think it’s a beautiful thing to die for, I mean why not, I’m ready to risk my life to for the show.
“Everybody’s tried to talk me out of it. The thing is, I’m not afraid that it might happen. If I continue to do this it’s a matter of time when it happens.”
The 26 year old told The Mirror that he has suffered serious internal cuts as a result of his act.
“My first show that I did, America’s Got Talent, when I went to swallow a sword. I wasn’t really experienced and it was in the round of quarter finals when I was really pushing myself. I cut myself really really bad inside.
At the BGT press launch David joked: “It really was scary… he could have died. Simon [Cowell] would have liked if he’d died just for the headlines, but no, unfortunately he survived”.
Alex admitted to the judges during his audition he’s already performed on many talent shows including America, France, Russia (where we claims he won the show) and Mexico.
Britain’s Got Talent 2016 continues next Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
