Laura Whitmore has announced she’s quit I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Now.

Laura Whitmore has quit presenting the ITV2 show.

Laura, 30, has fronted the ITV2 spin-off show for five years, but she won’t be returning for the next series later this year.

Laura took to Instagram to share the news of her departure: “After 5 incredible series working with my extended I’m A Celeb family, I’ve taken the tough decision to hang up my jungle boots,

“It’s been such a wonderful experience but I feel it’s time to move on. I wish the team well and look forward to tuning in later this year as well as continuing to work with ITV on other shows.”

The Sun claims that she was ‘axed’ from the show, although the presenters statement suggests she left voluntary.

The paper also mentions that comedian David Morgan will be ‘axed’ from the show too, David replaced Rob Beckett.

Joe Swash is the only presenter left on Get Me Out Of Here Now, until the remaining of the lineup is announced.

Joe was crowned King of the Jungle in 2008.
