Union J reveal George Shelley’s replacement, Stereo Kicks’ Casey Johnson!

Union J has unveiled their new member to replace George Shelley, it’s Stereo Kicks’ Casey Johnson.


Following the exit of George Shelley, the remaining Union J boys have revealed their new member.

Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett and Jaymi Hensley have been looking for a new member since George quit, they now have a replacement.

It’s Casey Johnson from X Factor’s Stereo Kicks.

The boys announced the news on Twitter: “We are super excited to welcome Casey to the band! We love this boy and can’t wait for the future.”

JJ wrote: “Excited to have you brother, exciting times ahead.”

Jaymi said: “I’m so excited to welcome @CaseyCodyJ You guys are gonna love him as much as I do ! #welcomecasey #unionj.”

Josh Cuthbert added: “You are welcomed with open arms @CaseyCodyJ . We are gonna have a lot of fun my man. Chuffed to bits.”

Casey told The Sun: “I have always wanted to be in a band, not a choir,

“What I was in before wasn’t like a boyband. Stereo Kicks was more of a choir.”
