Malia Arkian has been removed from the Love Island villa after ONE day.
As the two boys and two new girls entered the villa together in tonight’s show, Zara noticed a fraught atmosphere straight away: “There was sort of a bit of a bit of a tension as soon as both of the girls walked into the villa.
“Kady was very much looking for how Scott was going to react when he walked into the villa with Malia. I think she wanted to see how Scott was really feeling and she didn’t get the reaction that she really wanted.”
Whilst the new girls made their introductions to the islanders, Kady began to confront Scott in front of the group: “Are you f*cking mad? You came in and you didn’t even look at me. Do you fancy her?”
As Scott began to tell the group what had happened that evening, Kady complained: “I ain’t listening to him, he thinks it’s the Scott show. Why are you talking? Get Dan to talk. Babe, I ain’t jealous.”
Getting upset, a tearful Kady walked away from the group and cried to Scott: “You’re annoying me. The first day, I let my guard down and you’ve p*ssed me off.”
Realising that he’d been aggravating the tense situation, Scott admitted to winding Kady up and said: “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I missed you so much, I swear on my life I missed you and I wanted to wind you up. I’m so sorry.”
Upset, Kady cried: “You came in and you didn’t even give me eye contact. You should have come up to me and kissed me straight away. I told you I put on a front, but I have a good heart. You’re a p**ck. I actually like you, and everyone knows I like you. So you don’t fancy her? You didn’t flirt with her?”
After calming herself down, Kady decided to sit all the girls down around the fire pit to get to know each other.
Explaining herself, Kady told the Beach Hut: “I thought ‘let’s all sit down’, because it’s awkward. I know what it’s like walking in, it’s so intimidating, obviously I’ve been there. I deliberately sat down next to Scott’s date because I didn’t want her thinking that I was annoyed with her, because I wasn’t annoyed with her. I’m not being big headed but she doesn’t threaten me whatsoever.”
As the girls got to know each other, Kady spilled her drink, splashing it over Malia’s legs and feet, who asked: “Did you do that deliberately?”
Malia immediately stood up and walked away from the group, saying to Kady: “If you wanna speak to me, just come in there. You don’t do that with me, not at all.”
Kady then stood up and shouted at Malia: “I swear to God, if you want to get rowdy… that’s a f**king joke. Do you honestly think I’d waste my wine over you? It was a f**king accident.”
Malia replied: “Shut up you b**ch. Who the f**k do you think you are?”
The girls then argued and during that time an altercation took place.
In the Beach Hut, Kady reflected on the night’s events: “Drink went down her foot, just a little bit on her foot. There’s no way someone’s coming in shouting at me like that. I mean, she hasn’t even been in the villa for five minutes. So I started getting rowdy back. The next thing you know, she full on shoves me. I’m a rowdy girl, but I’ve never in my life been in a physical fight. I think we both over-reacted to be honest. I just wish I’d let her shout, I wish I didn’t react back. I really regret it.”
In an interview filmed after she had been taken out of the villa, an apologetic Malia explained her actions, saying: “I’m not an aggressive person, I’ve never done anything like that in my life. I completely regret it. I’ve not had a chance to reveal who I am and what I’ve got to offer, and everything’s ended way too quickly.
“I want to apologise to Kady, I didn’t want that to happen. It’s not a ladylike thing to do, and I wouldn’t do that usually. It’s a horrible feeling.”
Love Island airs tonight on ITV2 from 9pm.
