The Spice Girls are set to make a reunion, but there is a slight issue.

Only three of the original 5 members are on board for the reunion- Mel B, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton. Mel C and Victoria Beckham are unfortunately not up for the reunion.

According to the Daily Star, the three Spice Girls have been in touch with BBC with the idea about an idea for a talent show for aspiring Spice Girls in order to find the final two members.

It is suggested to be similar to previous BBC programmes searching for musical talent such as  Andrew Lloyd Webber’s How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? and Any Dream Will Do, as well as Gary Barlow’s new series Let It Shine.

Plans suggest that the show will be 5 shows long with a live final where the two winners will be revealed.

During her interview with James Corden, Mel B revealed why Mel C and Victoria Beckham are not up for the reunion.

“The other two bitches didn’t want to do it,” she quipped.

Mel B went on: “No, let me correct that — my other two fellow lovely ladies. You know, Victoria is busy with her great fashion line. Mel C is doing her own album.“They gracefully said, ‘you three go ahead and do it’. We are girl power and we support each other so us three went, OK, well then let’s us three do it.

“I don’t think we could ever replace Sporty or Posh, but I would like to invite some people up on stage with us.”
