Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway top Saturday’s viewing figures!

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway have done it again and was the most watched show on Saturday night.

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway have won Saturday’s viewing battle again The Voice UK and Let’s Sing and Dance for Comic Relief.

Ant and Dec were joined by some very special guests including Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda in the first I’m A Celebrity Get Out Of Me Ear! of the series, and the star of Mrs Browns Boys, Mrs Brown herself left her house in Dublin to be this week’s star guest announcer.

Stephen Mulhern returned with this weeks Ant versus Dec as they all took a journey back through time to ancient Egypt.

Overnight viewing figures for last night’s Saturday Night Takeaway had 7 million viewers, that’s a slight drop of 400,000 from last weekend’s launch show.

SNT had a peak of 8.5 million.

Following on from Saturday Night Takeaway, The Voice UK aired it’s first live knockout shows where Team JHud performed for place in the quarter-final.

Jennifer Hudson’s six remaining acts became three as they sung for her and fellow coaches will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Gavin Rossdale.

The first live show of the series was watched by 5.1 million viewers.

Last night on BBC One, Let’s Sing and Dance for Comic Relief launched with an average audience of 3.4 million.
