Britain’s Got Talent: Series 11 on ITV

Britain’s Got Talent producers have released some previews from this weekend’s show, first up it’s an impressionist.

Jess Robinson, 33, is a teacher from North London but in her spare time she’s a singing impressionist.

Jess hopes to leave the classroom work behind and become a full time impressionist.

In the preview released Jess takes on classics from Julie Andrews, Cheryl Cole, Shirley Bassey Britney Spears, Sharon Osbourne – She then receives a standing ovation from the audience.

Can Jess make four yeses and continue in the competition?

In a second preview released we meet wacky magician Niels Harder as he performs a series of magical tricks with a camp twist.

Niels, 26, is from The Netherlands and hopes to wow the judges with his amazing but wacky tricks.

When asked why he applied for BGT, he responded: “I think it’s the biggest talent show in the world.”

Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and David Walliams all return for a brand new series of Britain’s Got Talent.

As ever, Ant and Dec take on hosting duties, heading backstage to chat with the scores of auditionees queuing up for their chance at stardom.

Even at this early stage, reports from the audition recording stages indicate that some of the acts have made a strong impression on the judges – but whether that will work in their favour remains to be seen.

Britain’s Got Talent 2017 starts this Saturday night at 8PM on ITV.
