Katie Price has publicly announced she’d love to join the Dancing On Ice line up.
Since the news broke of ITV planning to revive the popula ice skating contest, three years after it was axed – Many celebrities have voiced their interest in joining the show.
Despite not actually being confirmed ITV yet, many celebrities including Katie Price have put their names forward to take to the ice.
Katie tweeted this week about the shows rumoured return to ITV: “I would so do this,”
Liberty X star Michelle has also spoken up about Dancing On Ice, she told The Sun: “Dancing On Ice would be my ultimate,
“As a performer you want to do something that you can learn fresh so you build up your CV…
“It is one of those shows that I would love to tick off my bucket list. It would be really wonderful to learn how to do something like that.”
ITV definitely won’t be in short supply for the lineup if they did decide to bring the show back.
ITV boss Kevin Lygo recently revealed to the newspaper that Dancing On Ice is on his “hitlist for 2017” to bring back.
“It was a smash hit, and even at its worst was still pulling in more [viewers] than some of the shows currently on telly – particularly in the Sunday night slot,” a source explained.
“It’s very early days and nothing has been commissioned just yet but it’s definitely on the to-do list.”
The insider added: “Dance Dance Dance was OK but it didn’t set the world alight.
“This would be a perfect trade.”
