    Ant and Dec’s entertainment show Saturday Night Takeaway ended in a spectacular live finale from Disney World, Florida.

    Earlier this month Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway concluded with the end of this year’s series – The series finale was hosted at Disney World, Florida.

    The hit ITV show was watched by 6 million viewers with a peak audience of 7 million on 8th April.

    The Geordie duo were joined by co-hosts Scarlet Moffatt and Stephen Mulhern as they took over Disney world for the week.

    CeeLo Green and Cat Deeley also joined the finale.

    Disney World have now revealed a video showing what it took to film the finale in Florida – Ant and Dec literally took over the park filming for the opening sequence and other segments within the show.

    Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway was also one of the winners from British Academy Television Craft Awards 2017.

    Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway was nominated in two categories, ‘Director: Multi-camera’ and ‘Entertainment Craft Team’.

    Takeaway won the ‘Director: Multi-Camera’ award – Chris Power won for Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, ITV Studios/Mitre Television/ITV.

    Directors are responsible for the look and sound of a production and its technical standards.

    They work closely with Producers and/or Writers, enhancing, refining and realising original ideas into finished programmes.

    Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway returns next year on ITV.
