X Factor 2017: Alesha Dixon to replace Simon Cowell on Sunday’s show!

Alesha Dixon is set to replace Simon Cowell as a judge on Sunday’s second live show of The X Factor.

X Factor boss, Simon, 58, is reported to have constant neck pains following a horror fall at home on Friday.

Simon was pictured on Friday leaving his London home in a stretcher after blacking out at the top of the stairs and falling down.

Simon left Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh to appear on The X Factor on Saturday – but he was hoping to return for Sunday’s show.

It has now been revealed that ex-guest judge Alesha will take Simon’s place on the judging panel for the second live show of the series.

A source told The Sun: “Doctors told him it would be too quick for him to return to work just 48 hours after a serious medical episode.

“So he’s getting so much needed rest and will be watching the X Factor at home with Eric and Lauren.

The insider continued: “Alesha knows what she’s doing and will be a good representative of Simon’s views.”

The X Factor continues this weekend on ITV.
