I’m A Celebrity 2017: Rebekah Vardy ‘may be too ill’ to enter the jungle!

I’m A Celebrity 2017 contestant Rebekah Vardy may have to drop out last minute after getting sick in Australia.

Rebekah Vardy arrived in Australia a week before her stint on I’m A Celebrity, but the mum-of-four may have to drop out due to sickness.

Rebekah posted a picture on Instagram with the caption “feeling rough”.

It’s not only sickness that may be holding the wag back from the jungle, The Sun reports that Rebekah almost pulled out from the lineup as she was worried about leaving her children behind.

An insider told the paper: “She’s going in – but she nearly pulled out yesterday.

“She’s really worried about leaving her kids behind and is really panicking about it.

“She was about to pull out because she can’t bear the thought of being away from them for so long, however she has now arranged to fly them out too so that they are with her the minute she leaves the camp.”

Other celebrities that have landed in Australia ahead of the launch show are: YouTuber Jack Maynard, former Chelsea and England footballer Dennis Wise, Made In Chelsea’s Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo.

They will be joined by The Saturdays’ singer Vanessa White, Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine and boxer Amir Khan.

Ant and Dec will both return to host the show.

Scarlett Moffatt, Joe Swash and Joel Dommett are the new hosts of spin-off show I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp which airs on ITV2 after the main show each night.

I’m A Celebrity returns this Sunday (November 19) at 9pm on ITV.
