I’m A Celebrity 2017: YouTuber Jack Maynard says he won’t ever quit!

YouTuber Jack Maynard revealed on Day 1 of I’m A Celebrity 2017 that he won’t ever quit the show.

The much anticipated new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has launched on ITV this evening.

10 brand new celebrities have swapped luxury for life in the I’m A Celebrity jungle and will face their fears over the next three weeks.

The cast of 2017 are ex-politician and author Stanley Johnson, actress and soap star Jennie McAlpine, wife of Jamie Vardy Rebekah Vardy, retired footballer Dennis Wise, Youtuber and vlogger Jack Maynard, actor and soap star Jamie Lomas, reality TV star Georgia Toffolo, comedian Shappi Khorsandi, singer and pop star Vanessa White and boxer Amir Khan.

In tonight’s launch show, the celebrities had their ‘final feast’ before heading out on their first challenge.

Before boarding two helicopters which took the celebs to their challenge, they had a few words for the cameras.

“This is definitely one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever done in my life, it’s a once in a lifetime experience.” said Jamie.

Jennie said: “I’ve asked myself can I do it, absolutely no idea is the answer – this is it now, no going back.”

“It bothers me that people have this perception of me as weak and over privileged.  It’s really time to get out of my Chelsea bubble and prove everyone wrong” said Toff.

“I’m 100% certain I won’t ever say the words I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!” said Jack.

Vanessa said: “I’m a screamer, I’m a worrier, I feel so scared, how will I survive?”

“One of the best attributes is my mental strength, I always want to win. The Jungle better watch out because there is a new King in town, they don’t call me Amir King Khan for nothing” said Amir.

Dennis commented: “I can play in front of 40,000 people but this is by far the most ridiculous and terrifying thing I’ve ever put myself up for. I’ve never backed down from a challenge and I won’t let the Jungle beat me.”

“Walking into that Jungle I will be crapping myself. I won’t give up, I’m driven by challenges by pushing myself to the limit” said Becky.

“I have no idea what I’ve let myself in for and I think that’s for the best. I always think in life, leap and the ground will find you” said Shappi.

“I want to perform honourably and I certainly want to feel I gave it a good shot. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself” said Stanley.

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs nightly on ITV.
