I’m A Celebrity 2017: TWO new celebrities enter the jungle following Jack Maynard’s shock exit!

Two new celebrities have entered I’m A Celebrity this evening, days after YouTuber Jack Maynard was axed.

In tonight’s I’m A Celebrity 2017 viewers at home saw two new celebs enter the camp.

TV and radio presenter Iain Lee and Scottish MP Kezia Dugdale were confirmed as late entries and would enter the camp in Thursday’s show.

Their shock arrival was teased at the end of Wednesday’s show.

The news comes ONE day after ITV bosses announced that Jack Maynard had been axed from the show.

A source told The Mirror that bosses struggled to come to a decision on whether to axe Jack or not: “Producers were locked in crisis talks for hours,

“ITV bosses were forced into a tense conversation about whether to kick out Jack.

“And they finally decided they had no choice but to let him go from the show.”

Meet the two new arrivals:

Kezia Dugdale

Scottish Labour MP Kezia Dugdale reveals she knows her decision to go on this year’s I’m A
Celebrity is a controversial one and she predicts some of her colleagues will be “shocked and angry.”

But the 36-year-old politician thinks the chance to talk more about her party’s values and take part on such a popular programmewas too big an opportunity to turn down.

“I think people’s overriding emotion will be, first and foremost, of shock. I think there will be a few people angry,” she admits. “They will be angry because they will say I should be doing my day job and I am going to be away. I understand that anger.”

Iain Lee

Late night talkRADIO presenter Iain Lee insists he definitely doesn’t mind the basic rations in camp because he’s hoping to lose a couple of stone whilst taking part on this year’s I’m A Celebrity.

The former host of the 11 O’Clock Show also thinks it’s the perfect opportunity to do something really funny and ridiculous for his two children, aged seven and five.

“I’ve been asked before but the timing has never been right,” he explains. “But this time, I decided it was. I am 44, my kids are seven and five and they haven’t really seen me on the telly. They don’t know what Daddy used to do. They will find it funny watching me.”

I’m A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV.
