Dennis Wise has said he’s ‘shocked’ to hear allegations that he bulled Iain Lee in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
Since being evicted from the I’m A Celebrity jungle, Dennis Wise has denied ‘bullying’ Iain Lee.
Amir Khan, Jamie Lomas and Dennis have been accused of ‘bullying’ radio show host Iain Lee by viewers of the reality show.
The former footballer told Good Morning Britain a day after his eviction he was ‘shocked’ to hear the allegations.
Dennis said: “I was shocked to be honest when I actually saw all that.
Dennis also revealed he and Iain made plans outside the jungle to meetup: “I’ve got to get tickets for Iain and his two kids, they’re going to go to Chelsea [football club],
“I’m also going on his new talk show [and] all of us are going to Amir [Khan]’s boxing in February, when he has his first fight.
“I’m also going to meet him […] where his mother is in a care home, then there’s a place called Wildwood where I’m going to meet him and have some dinner with him.”
He continued: “I’m a little shocked with what’s happened.
“We’ve got on very well and it’s really interesting because I think ITV wouldn’t allow [bullying] anyway. It’s something I don’t think they’d ever allow.”
Before Dennis was evicted from I’m A Celebrity, reports hit the headlines that ITV bosses were in crisis talks behind the scenes on whether to remove the footballer from the show after bullying claims.
I’m A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV and concludes this Sunday.
