Ed Sheeran has already written a James Bond theme song!

Ed Sheeran has revealed he’s already written a James Bond theme song, although he hasn’t been asked by the films producer.

Ed Sheeran has said he’s already written a James Bond theme song, just incase he gets asked.

The singer-song-writer said on RTE’s The Late Late show that he penned the theme song three years ago in case he was ever asked to write the theme song for the legendary movie.

Speaking to presenter Ryan Turbidy, Ed said: “With Bond, I’ve had a theme tune written for about three years, just in case.

Although he hasn’t been asked yet by producer Barbara Brocolli, Ed added: “If ever I’m called I will be like, ‘alright there you go’”

The Perfect singer refused to reveal the name of the song.

Ed is currently in the running for Christmas number one.

The British pop star has recently re-released Perfect featuring Beyonce, and he’s still in disbelief it happened.

“It’s something I kinda did just to see whether she would say yes,” he told News Corp Australia. “I just wanted to see what would happen. I can’t believe it, to be honest.”
