Celebrity Big Brother 2018 launches in a matter of days, which stars have been rumoured to enter this year?
Emma Willis is back to host the fly-on-the-wall reality show, she’ll reveal the fresh group of famous personalities who will have their every word and move recorded for the enjoyment of the viewing public during Tuesday’s launch.
This year, the first group of residents will all be women, to mark the 100th anniversary of women over 30 being given the vote, and will initially explore how the all-female housemates interact in a man-free zone.
Boris Johnson’s sister Rachel, is the first contestant to be confirmed by Channel 5.
It’s been said that male contestants will be introduced to the house four days after the launch show.
Channel 5 usually keep tight-lipped over the line-up before the launch but that doesn’t stop rumours.
Below are the celebrities that have been rumoured to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house on Tuesday evening.
Boris Johnson’s sister Rachel is the first housemate to be confirmed for Celebrity Big Brother 2018.
Channel 5 released this statement to confirm the news: “We can confirm that journalist Rachel Johnson, will be one of the female Celebrity Big Brother housemates entering the Celebrity Big Brother house.”
The former Gogglebox star has ‘confirmed’ herself after retweeting a fan on Twitter.
Sandra said she’s ‘excited’ to join the new series – Since retweeting the fan, Sandra has taken a u-turn and now is denying taking part in the new series.
The former Coronation Street actress is reportedly entering the house, according to The Mirror.
An insider told the paper: “Producers have been arranging a meeting with Shobna’s agents in hope of getting her on the show next month.
“Nothing is confirmed yet but they’re very interested.”
Born as born Jonathan Willoughby and presented ITV’s regional news in Carlisle for ten years – she then underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2015.
The ex-Tory MP has reportedly signed a six-figure contract to enter the house.
A source told The Sun: “January’s series is all about strong, empowered women.

The 27-year-old Made In Chelsea star is reportedly ‘excited’ to enter the house on Tuesday.

Almost every year Sinitta is rumoured for CBB.
The 80s pop star, famously known as Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend – Earlier this year Sinitta revealed that Channel 5 were off-putted by her list of demands.

“They said my demands were ridiculous, but I thought they were reasonable,”
Wayne Rooney’s party girl Laura Simpson reportedly demanded £75,000 to enter the house so she can spill the beans on THAT night with the Everton star.
Laura was in the passenger seat of her car when Wayne was pulled over by police for drink driving in September.
An insider told The Sun: “Laura has been in talks for a while with producers, but she’s holding out for bigger money.
“She’s been offered £55k, but she’s demanding £75k. Laura has a really good job and a lot of work throughout January, so to sacrifice all of that £55k wouldn’t be beneficial to her.”
Baroness Michelle Mone has been offered £350k to join Celebrity Big Brother.
An insider told The Sun: “Producers told Michelle how keen they were to get her on next year’s show.
“They offered a lot of money to start with and kept increasing their offer.”

The Apprentice’s Andrew Brady has been tipped to join Celebrity Big Brother.
A source told The Sun: “Andrew made quite the impact on the show and became known for his laddish behaviour after sleeping with Anisa.
“He admits to always being a bit of a playboy and that he went on the Apprentice to have a laugh.
“Lord Sugar won’t be keeping his eye on him in the CBB house so he’ll be free to really enjoy himself.”
American R&B singer Ginuwine, 47, is reportedly heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house early next year as Channel 5 bosses hope for ‘romance’.
A source told The Sun: “Ginuwine is single and known for being a seriously smooth operator.
“Producers are hoping that one of the female contestants will fall for his irresistible charms and spark a romance in the house.
The insider added: “He is a fun and lively character and is likely to be a real favourite among viewers.”
Celebrity Big Brother 2018 launches on Channel 5 on 2 January at 9PM.
