Brendan Cole tipped to appear on I’m A Celebrity after his axe from Strictly Come Dancing

Brendan Cole has been tipped to enter I’m A Celebrity this year following his boot from BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Brendan Cole confirmed the news that he has been dropped from BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing after fourteen years on the show.

Brendan Cole has been tipped to appear on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity, The Sun reports that the Strictly pro could be the first celeb added to the line up.

A source said: “Brendan is outspoken and ITV think he’d be gold,

“Now he’s no longer tied down to Strictly he’s well up for it.

“It would be a good move for all, he’ll get a great payday post-Strictly, and bosses will get him spilling the beans about the show to millions.”

Brendan could follow in the footsteps of fellow former Strictly professional Ola Jordan, who starred on the show in 2016.

Dancing On Ice producers are also said to be discussing whether to sign Brendan, 41, as they believe he would be a great addition to the show.

Brendan spoke on ITV’s Lorraine to announce the news of his axe from Strictly: “They’ve made an editorial decision not to have me back.

“I’m disappointed. I’ve always known this day would come. I’m a very strong character, some don’t like that.”

BBC bosses have reportedly axed Brendan from the show after ‘losing patience with his antics behind the scenes‘.
