Paul Walker, Fast and Furious star has sadly died at the age of 40.
Paul unfortunately died on the 30/11/13 in Santa Clarita, California following an awful car crash which also killed his friend, who was in the car as well.
It’s been confirmed that Paul was the passenger in a Porsche. His friend lost control of the vehicle and hit a pole which caused the car to burst into flames, killing both.
A statement on Paul’s Facebook page said “Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide“.
It then went on to say “We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences“.
A statement from Universal Pictures said: “Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected members of our studio family for 14 years, and this loss is devastating to us, to everyone involved with the Fast and Furious films, and to countless fans.
“We send our deepest condolences to Paul’s family“.
All we can say at this awful time is that our thoughts are with his family and friends during this time.
