Donchez Dacres and Calum Courtney make it through to Britain’s Got Talent 2018 Final

Donchez Dacres and Calum Courtney both made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent 2018 Final this evening.

Tonight Dec hosted the latest of the live semi-finals, with eight acts competing for the chance to win a cash prize and a slot at the Royal Variety Performance.

Comedian Lost Voice Guy and singers D-Day Darlings made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent final on Monday night, this evening Donchez Dacres and Calum Courtney did the same.

Each night eight of the final 40 semi-finalists perform live in the hope of impressing viewers at home and winning the all-important public vote.

Two acts from each night’s show will make it into the live final on Sunday 3 June, with a chance of winning a life changing £250,000 and a spot at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.

But this year it’s not only the viewers that help decide which act goes through to the final. The act with the highest public vote automatically goes through to the final while the judges decide between the second and third placed acts as to who will join them.

Performing tonight were David Walliams’ golden buzzer Donchez Dacres, Calum Courtney, B-Positive Choir, Ronan Busfield, Andrew Lancaster, Futunity, Ronan Busfield, Nick Page and Magus Utopia.

In the results show hosted by Dec, he first revealed the top three acts as Calum Courtney, Donchez Dacres and B-Positive Choir.

Donchez Dacres received the most public votes and automatically went through to the BGT Final, it was then between Calum Courtney and B-Positive Choir.

The judges couldn’t decide on a verdict, so it went to the public vote…  Calum Courtney topped the public vote and made it through to the final.

Britain’s Got Talent Live Semi-Finals continue every night this week until Friday 2 June at 7.30pm on ITV followed by the Live Results show at 9.30pm.

Britain’s Got More Talent, also live, airs each night on ITV2 at 10pm.

The Live BGT Final airs on ITV on Sunday June 3 at 7.30pm
