DVJ & Tim and Jack Goodacre both made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent 2018 Final this evening.
Tonight Dec hosted the latest of the live semi-finals, with eight acts competing for the chance to win a cash prize and a slot at the Royal Variety Performance.
Comedian Lost Voice Guy and singers D-Day Darlings made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent final on Monday night, Donchez Dacres and Calum Courtney made the final on Tuesday evening. Last night Robert White and Gruffydd Wyn did the same.
Each night eight of the final 40 semi-finalists perform live in the hope of impressing viewers at home and winning the all-important public vote.
Two acts from each night’s show make it into the live final on Sunday 3 June, with a chance of winning a life changing £250,000 and a spot at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.
But this year it’s not only the viewers that help decide which act goes through to the final. The act with the highest public vote automatically goes through to the final while the judges decide between the second and third placed acts as to who will join them.
Performing tonight were Noel James, DVJ aka Diversity Juniors, Tim and Jack Goodacre, Baba Yega, Amy Marie Borg, Sascha Williams, Olena UUTAi and Marty Putz.
In the results show hosted by Dec, he first revealed the top three acts as DVJ, Tim and Jack Goodacre and Noel James.
DVJ received the most public votes and automatically went through to the BGT Final, it was then between Noel James and Tim & Jack Goodacre.
The judges decided to save Tim and Jack Goodacre, which means they’re through to the final.
