The US website claims Demi is being treated and her condition is unknown.
It’s been reported that Demi was transported from a home in the Hollywood Hills just before noon on Tuesday.
The pop superstar has opened up previously about her battles and her stint in rehab and only recently released a new single called ‘Sober’.
‘Sober’ confirms Demi’s relapse where she sings to her mother saying she’s sorry for not being sober anymore.
The chorus says: “Momma I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore – And Daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor,
“To the ones who never left me, we’ve been down this road before — I’m so sorry, I’m not sober anymore.”
The Los Angeles Police Department told PEOPLE: “LAPD and LAFD responded to a medical emergency at the 8000 block of Laurel View Dr. at 11:40 a.m.”
