Fusion Festival teases ‘special guest’ as Day 2 kicks off at Liverpool’s Otterspool Promenade

Fusion Festival have teased a ‘special guest’ performer today as Day 2 gets underway at Liverpool’s Otterspool Promenade.

Fusion 2018 is a UK pop music festival in Liverpool, that lays on a lineup of some of the genre’s biggest artists every year.

Fusion 2018 kicked off yesterday with 30,000 pop fans descending onto Liverpool’s Otterspool Promenade for a day filled of pop bangers and massive hits.

The likes of Yungen, Clean Bandit, MNEK, Sigala, Raye, Disciples, Jess Glynne and David Guetta performed on Saturday.

As the gates opened today for Day 2 of Fusion, the organisers teased a ‘special guest’ performer.

As if Sunday’s lineup couldn’t get any better, a special artist will take to the stage this afternoon to perform for Fusion fans.

Sunday’s bill will see Shawn Mendes headline this evening, with Years & Years, James Arthur, Zara Larsson, Jax Jones, Louisa Johnson, The Vamps, Ally Brooke and Grace Carter all performing in the afternoon.

Fusion tweeted this morning: “We might have a surprise guest for you today… #FUSION2018”

Fans have already taken to Twitter to guess who the ‘special guest’ could be.
