Ariana Grande ‘is planning to headline Manchester Pride 2019’

Ariana Grande is reportedly in talks to return to Manchester to headline Pride 2019 after last year’s terror attack in the city.

Two years after the tragic terror attack that took place in Manchester at the end of Ariana’s concert in the city, the singer is set to return to headline Pride 2019.

Manchester Pride bosses are planning on bagging Ariana Grande in 2019 as they want to make it the ’biggest lineup in the festival’s 25-year history’.

According to a report, Ariana was due to perform at Pride this year but due to security concerns they had no choice but to pull plans last minute.

A source told The Sun: “Manchester holds a very special place in Ariana’s heart and she’s made it clear she wants to do whatever she can for the city.

“She was in talks to perform at Manchester Pride this year but unfortunately they just could not make it work due to various reasons down to space and security.

The insider added: “But the council and Ariana were so eager to make it happen, they have picked up conversations for 2019 and it is now looking like she will headline the Sunday evening.”
