Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Jonathan ‘JB’ Gill and Oritsé Williams a.k.a JLS, a great British boyband are finally ready to go out with a bang at The O2 Arena.
JLS rose to fame as runners-up on The X Factor back in 2008 after Alexandra Burke won the final. Ever since then they’ve got bigger and bigger, Beat Again went in at No.1 in June 2009, so did their second single Everybody in Love. Fantastic right? It gets better!
JLS officially became the first X Factor act to win at the Brit Awards. They won two awards ‘British Breakthrough’ and ‘Best British Single’.
They later went platinum after selling over 1.2 million copies worldwide.
Now it gets less pretty.. In April (2013), the boys announced they would split after completing a final arena tour and releasing one last farewell album called “Goodbye: The Greatest Hits” and here we are.
JLS’ last ever tour date is tomorrow at The O2 Arena.
Aston recently posted a video of the Arena as they’re preparing for the final three shows, caption “O2 #loveuguys”.
