TV presenter Ant McPartlin was attacked whilst out for dinner with his mother.

Ant and his mother were out enjoying a meal at Old Station House gastro pub in Chiswick when a gang began making rude gestures and taking pictures of the TV star. Ant went outside to politely ask the gang to leave but according to The Sun McPartlin was caught in headlock by one of the gang members. His mother Christine was pushed to the ground by another member of the gang during her attempt to help her son
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said they were called to incident in Spencer Road, Chiswick, shortly after 8pm on Thursday, March 13. He said: “No allegations were made and no one suffered any injuries.”
Ant has put all of our minds at rest by tweeting that him and his mother are absolutely fine after the incident. He tweeted “”Thanks for all your lovely tweets. Me and my mam are absolutely fine. Not gonna let an idiot ruin things. All good and V happy! A.”
