Britain’s Got Talent is back this weekend and we can’t wait! We have all of the gossip from the judges..
“I think it’s loved because it’s old school, it’s unpredictable, it doesn’t take itself too seriously and you always get those magic moments where you just don’t expect. We’ve found these incredible motorbike stunt riders, I’m amazed that half of them didn’t get killed.” Music boss Simon Cowell said.
Amanda Holden, who’s the only judge to have been on the show since it started in 2007 gave us a teaser of what’s to come:
“I like to change people’s opinion on things, and I think I get braver and braver. This year I’ve really championed musical theatre. The people who’ve come on have floored us, especially this one particular girl who socked it to Simon.”
Alesha Dixon has been on the judging panel since 2012 and she can’t wait to be back this year;
“It’s the biggest, craziest, boldest show on TV and it’s addictive. It’s a show that needs talented people, it needs eccentrics, it needs brilliantly bad acts and funny people. As well as an amazing talent, they also need to have a great personality and a story.”
Meanwhile, comedian David Walliams admits that he loves the eccentric acts;
“I love the idea that you can come on this show and do anything, and for me, the weirder the better. It’s vital to put an act together in a way we haven’t seen before. For example Attraction, Diversity – not only were they amazing dancers but they put it together in a way which was mind-blowing.”
