Marvin has been added to the England team line-up for the charity football match.
Soccer Aid is a charity football match where celebrities join forces to play on two teams, England and the Rest of the World to raise money to help children across the country, in association with UNICEF.
Marvin has previously played Soccer Aid back in 2012 with band mate Aston, so we know he can kick a ball.
The news came when Humes tweeted:
“So excited to announce I’ll be joining the England team @SoccerAid once again! Come on lads!”
This was followed by a lot of fans asking details and showing excitement.
Each team has celebrities and legends of football playing for them. The England line-up also includes Robbie Williams, as England captain, Olly Murs, Jonathan Wilkes, John Bishop and more. The football legends are; Jamie Carragher, Jamie Redknapp, David Seaman plus others.
Team members for the Rest of the World are; Michael Sheen (captain), Gordon Ramsey, Nicky Byrne and more. The legends are Jaap Stam, Jose Mourinho (manager) and others.
Tickets are still available and the event is held at Manchester’s Old Trafford on Sunday 8th June. It will also be aired on ITV with hosts including Dermot O’Leary and Kirsty Gallacher.
