Could everyone’s favourite Essex boy be joining the X Factor team?
According to The Sun, Joey Essex might become a presenter of The Xtra Factor and has already undertaken a screen test for the ITV2 spin off show.
Apparently, producers are said to be considering different presenting possibilities. A couple of these options include pairing a female star with a male presenter, or having a single female presenter. However, the producers are concerned about how 23-year-old Joey would cope holding together an hour-long show.
Rumour has it last year’s co-presenter Matt Richardson will not be returning to the show.
Radio 1 DJ Sarah-Jane Crawford and MTV host Laura Whitmore are among the list of other potential replacements for Matt.
