Jermain Jackman signs Record Deal!

The Voice UK 2014 winner Jermain Jackman has signed a record deal.

Jackman has been signed to a small indie label within Universal called London Records.

“I’m really excited to be a part of Universal Music and London Records and I’m ready to make some great music” Jermain said.

“It’s gonna be mad weird when people starting singing my own songs.”

The 19 year old is currently in the studio preparing for the release of his debut album, which is expected to hit the shelves later this year.

However, Jermain’s debut single which was a cover of “And I’m Telling You”, only reached 75 in the charts.

His runner up Sally Barker gained a higher chart position with her rendition of Olly Murs’  ‘Dear Darlin’ which reached number 46.

The Voice UK is back on our screens in January 2015.
