A total of eight housemates currently face eviction following Big Brother’s vote twist.
In Friday’s live show, it was announced to the house that Toya A Washington was the new Power Housemate following nominations. Big Brother then announced to the house that Toya was not going to work alone and must choose someone to join her on her Power journey. After choosing Matthew to be the other half of the power couple they then chose to nominate Christopher after they were asked to pick one housemate to nominate.
Yesterday the Power Couple entered the Control Room to be told of their new challenge. They would be able to choose three housemates whose nominations would not count this week.
The other housemates were unaware of what the Power Couple had done, so they all nominated as normal. They were not allowed to vote for Christopher, Jale or Helen.
When all housemates had nominated, Danielle McMahon, Ash Harrison, Chris R Wright, Marlon McKenzie, Steven Goode, Kimberly Kisselovich and Winston Showan were all up for eviction.
However the Power Couple chose to vote the nominations of Ash, Steven and Marlon. The nominations of these housemates were discarded resulting in Kimberly escaping eviction.
However Emma Willis teased on Friday night that their is a further twist still to come which will see one of the Power Housemates face eviction and perhaps see other housemates currently up for eviction saved.
Big Brother continues tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm.
