It’s no secret that Hunger Games stars Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence are pretty great friends so we were none too shocked when Josh revealed he was kinda pis*ed about JLaw’s leaked pics. (Although we were a bit surprised some of those words could come out of someone so sweet.)
Jennifer Lawrence was one of many celebrities to recently have nude pictures of her leaked online and her co-star was so not impressed.
Josh (aka Peeta Mellark) described the photographs as “f**kin’ horrible”. (Yep, he threw the F-bomb)
The actor, who plays everyone’s favourite baker-turned-victor in The Hunger Games movies, told The Daily Beast that he was appalled by the leak.
“It’s f**kin’ horrible. I haven’t spoken to her since it happened, but as far as the public, Twitter, and media have reacted, it’s awful,” he said.
“We act because it’s what we want to do. I’ve acted since I was 9 years old because it’s my job, it’s what I’m good at, and it’s what I love to do. I don’t want attention. ”
I don’t want to have my private life looked into or have people think they deserve to know about my private life.”
He continued: “And then people say, ‘Well, then you shouldn’t have become an actor’.
“F**k that. I didn’t choose all that. I chose to be an actor. I was 9 years old! Do you think a 9-year-old is thinking about public scandal? I wanted to make movies.”
“It makes you feel like you want to run away from it all and escape to a small island away from everybody.” Josh added.
The FBI has said that it’s addressing the leaking of intimate photos of celebrities.
In an investigation by Apple, it was found that iCloud was not breached, and “certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions”.
